A synthetic dataset of 1000 houses is generated by combining different localities and plot sizes. For each locality, the model learns an average price per square foot with small random variation.

When you select a locality and plot size, the model converts the size to area (length × width in feet), looks up the learned rate (₹/sqft) for that locality, and predicts: price = area × learned rate.
